Cancellations

A "Cancellation" occurs when the Customer or Supplier voids an order for a withdrawal of funds from a Customer's Card account or bank account before a sale is sent for deposit. Threadlesspiercing.com will not collect a deposit from the Customer and the previously authorized funds will be released at the Card issuing bank's discretion.

After a sale is sent for deposit, any attempt to reimburse the cost of a Product to a Customer constitutes a Refund and shall be dealt with as set forth below. You may contact us regarding your purchase from Threadlesspiercing.com within 5 days of delivery for a full refund.

Returns

A return occurs when a Customer returns Products previously purchased from 2CO ("Return").

Threadlesspiercing.com will not reduce the amount of a Refund by the assessment of a "restocking fee" or any other charge (including shipping charges) for any Return that occurs in accordance with Threadlesspiercing.com 's Return Policy.

Refunds

A refund is the actual reimbursement of the cost of a Product to a Customer("Refund"). Threadlesspiercing.com accomplishes the Refund by reversing the amount previously charged to the Customer's Card or account at the Card issuing bank and the appropriate amount is credited to the appropriate Card or account at the Card issuing bank of Customer.

Shipping

For wholesale orders shipped using DHL or UPS the delivery is usually 3-5 working days from the date that the goods have been picked up by the courier service. We are not liable for any delay caused by the courier so please make sure to state the correct shipping address including postal-code and phone-number as these are the most common causes of delay. Please note that the goods have to be signed for when being received and it's the customer's responsibility to be available at office hours at the address mentioned. We do not deliver to a PO BOX address.

IMPORT REGULATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS

Threadlesspiercing.com is not liable for any delay caused by restrictions of importing certain materials as horn, bone, shell, etc. We will always declare your goods as assorted imitation jewelry and/or wood-earrings unless otherwise specified by the customer. If the customer wants to include other information in the shipping invoice it has to be mentioned before shipping and the information has to be provided by the customer.

Payment
